Polly is one of Melbourne’s first cocktail bars, opening on Brunswick Street in the heart of Fitzroy over 15 years ago. Today, Polly boasts an expansive range of cocktails on the menu, customers are encouraged to challenge the bar tenders to create new classic or re-invigorate old favorites - no request is too hard, well maybe.
