Drawing its name from British Cockney slang for ‘starving’, Hank Marvin will present a select group of around 40 food trucks, street food stalls and fresh food producers, including Hammer and Tong, Happy Camper Pizza, the Brûlée Cart, Bianco Latte Gelato and The Little Mushroom Co.
Hank Marvin will also showcase some of Victoria’s finest fresh food purveyors, ranging from the unique techniques of Shtetl Woodfired Bagels to the refined pastries of Cobb Lane bakery.
