Rotary's Camberwell Sunday Market is conducted by the Rotary Club of Balwyn (RCB) as a means of raising funds for a wide range of charities. It is assisted in the conduct of the Market by other Rotary Clubs within the City of Boroondara.
The Market has been responsible for raising nearly $9,000,000 for the community since 1976.
Quite often the 370 stalls are fully booked for seven and sometimes up to twelve weeks in advance, due to the market's popularity. The number of visitors/shoppers visiting the market is consistently high for the whole 12 months of the year, with people coming from all over Melbourne (and interstate and overseas) to enjoy the experience. Besides browsing for bargains and sought after collectibles, visitors can relax with a cup of coffee and food at food vans located in the market every Sunday. Public toilets are only 20 metres from the main entrance in Station Street
