North of Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, is a very popular holiday destination. It is less developed than the Gold Coast offering a more relaxed and natural environment.

There are several main areas spread along the coast line from Coloundra to Noosa. In general the Sunshine Coast is layed back and a popular holiday destination. It offers good dinning and shopping.

There are an abundance of things to do including surfing, fishing and all the usual water sports. For the more adventurous there are joy flights, hot air ballooning, and bushwalking in the Noosa National Park.
